Hi , don't worry about adding a post to an 'old' topic - I do it all

the time!! So we finished, 12 whole weeks have come and gone. Isn't it

fantastic? We'll be posting our pics too - gulp. Our results were good and

I reached all my goals - time to set some new ones. But isn't it funny how

you can drop 20 pounds and already have forgotten what you looked like before?

Actually , it looks like every single one of the responses to " eating

plan " is a bona fide reply 'cuz they all nest under the primary message.

Way to go BLFers! Although, I have to admit that on this list I change my

setup to read messages sequentially, since it's easier to follow

conversations that way.

I can hear the paramedic say, " This girl is going to die. "

I'm sure the guy had no idea, while he was flying high,

because he chose to drink and drive, now I would have to die.

So why do people do it, Mom, knowing that it ruins lives?

Tell sister not to be afraid, Mom, tell Daddy to be brave,

and when I go to heaven, put " Daddy's Girl " on my grave.

Someone should have taught him, that it's wrong to drink and drive.

I agree. Thats what happened to me after being laid up from back surgery, I was

a 10 now I am a 12, but I know I am going to be a 6 soon.
