Guest guest
Oooh floor aerobics. Maybe not on my list then. I want more real walkaerobics type workouts. I know how to walk, I don't know how to aerobicize (and even though my aerobics instructor friend tells me even I can learn, I really don't want to right now)... especially if this is the same annoying from the buns video I got rid of! :-) Thanks for the information though! It's a great workout! I may do it soon myself!oh, sorry! i meant to add that WYWS is not walking at all. it is all floor aerobics.nancy, 'hi/lo' means a mixture of impact in a floor aerobics workout (high impact/low impact).this one is a mixture but since all 3 levels are shown, you can mix and match the moves to create the proper level of impact for yourself. the 'pick your level' phrase that michelle uses in this workout (and then later turned that idea into another, new, workout) is in reference to different levels shown by michelle and the background exercisers (one of the women from leslie's walk away the pounds is the beginner mod - and obviously this workout was made before WATP as this woman is much heavier in WYWS - michelle does intermed and a young chick does advanced):*carolyn.WYWS=walk your way slimWATP=walk away the pounds
Guest guest
Hi , I think the Kathy Matrix Walking workout would be up your alley - it is -ish in choreography. Also, I like the Madeleine walking workout - darn, I can't remember the name -but Gaiam put it out - maybe Walking for Weight Loss or something. That is also basic walking choreography with some lower body toning intervals in there. Oh, regarding knees and pulsing reps (as in your Buns of Ouch workout) you don't have to pulse if it hurts your knees you can just do a " hold " while they pulse. HTH! I'm madly trying to catch up on posts! Donna P.S. -re: your hair turning into a " bush " - do you have naturally curly hair? I find with that hair type the best thing to do is use non-drying products and air dry your hair without touching it! If I play around with mine I get a " bush " if I leave it alone, I have defined fairly calm curls (except in humidity when nothing can help it! ) --- nancydewolf <nancydewolf@...> wrote: > Oooh floor aerobics. Guest guest
Thanks a lot for the suggestions Donna, I'll search for Madeline on collage. Didn't know those were called pulsing reps and never thought about just holding it there, thanks, that's a good idea, will keep it in mind next time I run into that.. I still hated that video though! :-) Re: if you're needing something a bit more than ..
