Hi and EveryOne,

What you are describing sounds like Ooglies which may be the beginning

of a new Kombucha colony or dead yeast cells or a bit of both. No

problem, happens whenever Kombucha is left at room temperature. You

can just strain your KT before you drink it if you wish.

The formation of Ooglies is perfectly normal for Kombucha:-))

hmmm ooglies how funny,

I thought it looked like another world in that bootle perhaps

aliens...hanging from the bottle cap lol was trying for the fizz. but

the one i have in the fridge i really like.....good to know....I was

thinking man I have to wait another 8 days....

It too is raining here ;) we have that in common ;)
