Guest guest
Hi and EveryOne, What you are describing sounds like Ooglies which may be the beginning of a new Kombucha colony or dead yeast cells or a bit of both. No problem, happens whenever Kombucha is left at room temperature. You can just strain your KT before you drink it if you wish. The formation of Ooglies is perfectly normal for Kombucha:-)) Peace, Love and Harmony, Bev
