melatonin

Hi , Suzi and others, I tried to see your link and anything on

melatonin for sleep and all I get is a rather blank page that said that message

is unavailable for now? and a vegetable alge type one is a real interest to me

someone said cacao? is that cocoa mispelled?

thanks for any help

Interestingly, if I eat chocolate at night, I surely sleep much better. I stopped eating chocolate a long time ago due to liver problems.

Cacao is a stimulant and keeps my husband awake, if he eats it for dinner.

I know a lot of people who are sensitive to this bean and cannot eat it any time.

Because it is accompanied with " teary " or weepy, I would consider yeast

overgrowth first, then phenol issues.
