Guest guest
Lynette, Well, it depends! In Dr. Neubauer's clinic we had 100% oxygen for the hour treatment, as well as during the time to " go to depth " and " come to surface " . In the Santa Clinic we have an hour session in total. I do not have any comments one way or the other at this time and cannot note which has been better, or worse. Dr. pointed out to me that angiogenesis occurs after 15 to 20 minutes of pressure; and I have confirmed this with some references. The issue then becomes what else is going on that requires more time. In reading about oxygen toxicity (notwithstanding Dr. Fojgel's issue with the vernacular) and witnessing some sensitivity in my daughter firsthand... I have to adamantly say, more oxygen can lead to less return. (She is always ready and excited to go into the chamber for her therapies... but, twice at the end of her first 100 sessions she was very, very upset about going in the chamber for her second session in a day. And, she is not a child that get upset, or refuses therapies!) Further, regarding the various growth factors and proteins released during HBOT, and viewing the short time frame that they are released, we COULD say less is at least equal to more. If the issue is the providing oxygen to the neurons, then the jury is still out on how time of pressure affects this response. I have to believe that we have a long ways to go to optimize treatments and there are differing protocols that can be supported. This is an area I really wish we could focus on with research instead of debating with naysayers (who admit they have no expertise because they refuse public debates) about the efficacy of HBOT. This would yield such incredible value for us. Warm Regards, Ed Nemeth At 07:13 AM 7/26/2002 -0700, you wrote: >Ed, >Thank you so much for all the information. I've been putting wheat, oat, or lentil sprouts in the blender with a little yogurt and soy milk, and a lot of berries or cherries and mmmmmm!!! Add in a t. green powder for the extra goodies in it and you're all set. Sometimes I add in bee pollen. Melinda

Guest guest
Hello Beverley, > Could you post an url for more information about the Zone diet. I haven't > heard of it before? Certainly...The Zone diet is actually the 40-30-30 plan of eating. Are you familiar with it? Dr. Barry Sears has written several books on the Zone Diet. He wrote the first one called, " Enter The Zone " for cardiologists as his family has a history of heart disease. The first book is much more technical but I found it easy to read. Has a great section on eicosanoids/prostaglandins. The second book is called " Matering The Zone " which some find easier reading and gives you most of the information in a nutshell. He has written several other Zone books about being in the Zone while being a vegetarian, and the best Zone foods, etc...I didn't find them to be extremely helpful but some might. I found all I needed in the first two books. Here is his website: http://www.zoneperfect.com/Site/Content/index.asp > I found the same thing, but not with life threatening results. Do you have more of the sinus problems or asthma? We have also learned to live on a lower income. Not easy but since I cannot eat hardly any foods, makes it easier. )) On the healthier foods, no matter how healthy a food is if your body has problems with it, it isn't healthy for you. For a long time I was worried about not being able to eat *healthy* but everytime I ate the more nutritious foods, within weeks I was very ill again. I found that those healthy foods weren't healthy for me and I do better not eating them. I try to take a multiple vitamin mineral as often as I can but I react to those too. > Re the tiles - have you fans blowing to clear the air faster? We kept the > house warm with a roaring fire and kept fans going when we did something > similar. It seemed to work. Yes, we have all the windows open all day long and most of the night with fans blowing but it is still bad. The weather turned cold here and tonight we had to close up the house. Everytime we turn up the furnace, it circulates the fumes into the rest of the house. I have my room closed off and towels stuck under the door and the vents closed into the room. It isn't as bad in that room doing that. I think we will put the electric heater in the room and a fan up at the window and try to outgas it a bit faster. We scraped up as much of the glue as we could and hopefully the heat will dry the glue faster, then I think we will put down ceramic tile instead of the vinyl. I will never put vinyl tile down again!! > all the best, > Beverley > http://members.ozemail.com.au/~beverleypaine Thanks for your suggestions. Since I was so ill from this, I had forgotten that raising the heat would help to outgas quicker. I think I was just so overwhelmed and lost it for a few days. But my upper back pain is in a BAD attack, and my female pain is killing me. I just don't know how much longer I can live like this. I'm taking my morphine, eating JUST enough to keep my sugars balanced. Drinkng literally JUST enough to be hydrated, so I don't have to get up to pee often. I'm starting to get my I haven't slept enogh migraine. And they are hell on earth. One of these days one of these cycles will take me home to my sweet Jesus. Guest guest
From: Jan Jenson <vizual@...> Hi Marc! What you're experiencing is SEVERE detox symptoms. Obviously your body is still loaded with TOXIC stuff. Double your water intake and keep taking at least one capsule a day until you can tolerate more, then slowly increase to 2, then 3. I've been taking Ambrotose since 1997 and it's truely a LIFESAVER. I have a video (pre 1997) that describes how well that substance works for cancer and AIDS patients (they are all still living!), so don't give up too soon. I had detox reactions from chia seeds too. Both aloe and chia are detox agents... just double the water you're drinking and tough it out... DON'T QUIT!! My severe esens was a result of extremely high loads of heavy metal toxins. Get FLOOR YOUR BODY WITH OXYGEN by Ed McCabe and be prepared to " see the real picture " of what's going on in your body!
