Guest guest
> ....lately I have been experiencing severe muscle pain > esp. in my calves. It is almost a burning sensation.... This could be a calcium, and/or magnesium, and/or potassium deficiency -- but MSM could also work. (Hold MSM crystals in the mouth, follow with water.) For potassium, try apple-cider vinegar (acetic acid), 2 tsp. per glass of water. The best magnesium for CFS is 'magnesium malate' (made with malic acid), low prices: http://www.beyond-a-century.com . There is a detailed article on " Malic Acid, Energy, and Fibromyalgia " at: http://www.vrp.com (VRP's Nutritional News - December, 1995). Guest guest
Kat, If inactivity is a reality and the physical body is not happy, then yes, the inactivity is always going to be a part of the problem. It's not a choice we get. We have to get enough exercise. We have to. IMO, the exercise creates the energy. jim Angelkat wrote: Could inactivity > be the problem? > KAT > -- Rehab is for quitters! -- anony - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - jlambert@... http://www.entrance.to/madscience

I have seen his $235 TDP lamp as high as $450 and the $700 desk model MF lamp for about $1300! If some people wanted to get together an order, I can come up with the importer-exporter in Canada I came across.
