Guest guest
hey turk.... good to hear from you..... im happy to see that you didnt have any health troubles over the holidays.. me either.... i did cut the amiodarone from 400 to 200 a day/. everthing i read says that drug is a death sentence in itself. im hoping to stop taking it after next cardio visit.... as far as the hips go......... ive retired the wheelchair and the walker and im now using a cane when im outside and no aid at all to walk around my apartment. i get a bit stronger every day... i cant walk very far yet but each day the chalk mark is a bit furthur a way. on a personal note,,,, i went to the spca and adopted a 6 month old mutt. a really smart terrier, jackrussel, and beagle mix. his name is jessejames... and he wears a kerchief, working on the cowboy hat, sunglasses and sidearms.....hahahahha i also got rid of the little pickup truck i bought a year and a half ago.... i went out and came home with a great big powerful chevy silverado. its patriotic blue and i just love my truck.... you all know a pickup truck is just an extension of a mans.................................. i found out yesterday that the governer of mississippi lost his mansion to a fire...in fact they lost the entire trailer park.... and they have raised the drinking age to 32 in an attempt at keeping alcohol out of the shcools.....and one more new law.....when i a couple divorces in mississippi they are permitted to remain as brogher and sister.. love to all,,,,,,, hope i made someone smile today.... bob in missippi

Guest guest
I'm still teaching my abs classes and my Pilates classes (just doing the right side on the leg movements), but I've had to sub out my ball classes and kids classes. So I'm still doing something, but not as much as I want to. Tonya > >I'll be fine. Guest guest
Hi Tonya, Good to hear from you! I know with school starting it makes everything hectic, I know I done it for 18 years myself, thanks God it's over now. Maybe once things slow down a bit you can get back on track. Have a safe holiday weekend.
Guest guest
I hear you Tonya. I have been working 65+hours for the past month. I havent had a chance to post at all!WE CAN DO THIS!!As long as the day lasts, let's give it all we've got.- O. McKayFrom: Tonya - [mailto: mslightning@...] , CatheFans Date: Wed, 31 Aug 2005 09:40:01 -0400Subject: Just checking inHey all, I know I've been pretty quite lately. I've been totally swamped, but I am reading email even if I don't have time to respond. Between the taping we did a couple of weeks ago, editing those tapes, getting my kids started in school, and working extra hours while I'm trying to find a new staff member at the gym, I have been totally slacking off on my workouts. I've taught my classes and hopped on the treadmill or circuit once in a while, but I haven't made it to lift anything heavy in like 2 weeks. Believe me, my back is telling me about it too. I have hired someone, but it will be a couple of weeks before she is trained so I don't have to be there with her while she is working. So it will be at least that long before I get to go back to a normal schedule, and my normal workouts. So if you don't hear from me for a bit, it's because I'm working 60 hours a week and I'll be back as soon as I'm back down to my normal 40. Hope you all have some great workouts (make up for some of the ones I'm missing!) Tonya
