Whooohooo Phyllis! What a marvelous change in just 10 short months. You are

doing so well, and it is great to see you posting.

Hi Again, Phyllis!

Could you remind me what kind of surgery you are having on your spine? I am

looking into doing the back surgery this year, too.

I was! We had to reprint about 30 pages because on my computer screen

I couldn't tell " black " from dark blue...eekgads it was awful. But

the good news is that after 12 hours I got double time :)

Welcome back, Brett! I remember you - you were our poster girl for a while.

I was actually wondering how you were doing, because you were really kicking

some butt when you were posting more. I thought I remember you saying that

you and your husband were in some sort of contest at your gym? Am I way off

base? You need to update your photos so we can all see where you're at now!

Hi Dee!

Glad to see you back here!

Soooo, where's the shop going to be? I'm going to be in NY at the end

of May & would love to come to visit some folks. Of course finding

the time is another story!

Keep us posted on how things are going!

finishing website/merchant ?

hi guys...Bob and I are trying to figure out what we want to do about

my shopping cart system-tried to call Terry but she is not in...

I have propay, but our computer " helper " has told us we really need a

merchant account that she can link up my cart system to to get it to

work. I have looked at ccnow-kind of pricey and I know terry has told

me of a few. Can someone suggest a system I can take a look at? I am

getting a secure page through our host but they do not offer this

service.

Thanks

Hi Bridgette! I remember you. Welcome back.

I am back on track now also, hoping to get myself whipped into shape

before we head to Vegas in March for NASCAR.

This is definetly the right place for accountability, I feel guilty

when I read the posts knowing that I have been a slug about something.

Have a great day!

Thanks Beej, I remember you too. When I left I was about 132 lbs

and wearing a size 4. Currently, I weigh 163 and am squeezing into

a size 10. My goal for this week is to eat bfl as much as possible

and to get all my supplies so I have no excuses on Monday when I

start my official Week 1. I will measure myself by then too

Welcome,

We are glad you decided to join us again. Good luck with the challenge. Look

forward to hearing from you.

Hi all. It's been a long, long time since I've been on this msg board.

Last week I was making a bunch of copies of BFL stuff for some of my

personal training clients and I decided why not do the challenge

again. I have managed to put my own workouts/diet aside when I started

working at 5:30 in the mornings. I was coming home and crashing.

Before I knew it, I had packed on a bunch of weight. I was a size 2

when I started at the gym two years ago and now I'm up to an 8/10. I

was getting bigger and my clients were getting smaller. So I have

decided to get back to basics starting with my diet. I have been doing

BFL for a week now. I plan to enter the challenge " officially " as soon

as I get my packet in the mail.

I also wanted to say hi to Stasia who I knew back in TN. What a small

world we live in!!

I do much better with support, so I plan to be on the board a lot.

Thanks!

Hi Candace.

Nice to have you back.

Congratulations on getting your internet service up again.

I know if my internet service went down I would seriously miss this

list and the Body Changers site for my doses of inspiration.

It's wonderful to know other women are committed to the same path.

I had to do my workouts in the wee morning hours for a while when I

started. Any time I looked around in daylight, I would focus on some

little (or big) chore that needed my attention.

Guess what...I need my attention too :)

It only took about a week for the habit of exercising to get firmly

established again.

I still like doing my workouts first thing in the morning, so I know I

have checked them off my to-do list. It feels great.

Self induced pride always feels better than self induced guilt :)

We are going for progress, not perfection.

Forming healthier habits every day,

M.

Hang in there. I had a terrible winter... started back pedaling around the

end of October, gained almost 12 pounds. I'm almost back to where I

was. If anyone has started over and over again, it's me. Never, ever give

up. I put myself on an official challenge. I'm one of those that likes to

document stuff, so I created a spreadsheet with 12 weeks of goals by

week. I take measurements every week. So far the whole spreadsheet thing

has kept me motivated.

I make myself accountable for my workouts. I've done what I can to make

them enjoyable, I've gotten some cute clothes, gloves, flexed in the

mirror, LOL... (progress is inspiring). I also go to the gym because I

like to people watch. On weekends I do not shower or get into real clothes

until I go to the gym. During the week I schedule it in like an appointment.

The days are getting longer, and there is still time for bathing suit season!!!
