Not much. still alive. and still feeling mostly crummy, always gets worse

near my period.

mel see if you can find the cotton lycra support panties they have the long leg

and regular I think I have seen them at Wal-Mart and Kmart with them being 90%

cotton and 10% lycra they are not so hot and the cotton absorbs the moisture in

the heat hope this helps some take care

Mel,

The only support maternity garments I have seen were something a

chiropracter friend of mine showed me in a catalog. They were

pretty heavy looking, but they offered support for the hanging belly.

yes I have used the long leg I have not had trouble with them rolling even with

my wt loss I have to were them to keep my legs from rubbing together when I were

a dress other wise I get rug burns on my legs or skin burns what ever you want

to call them they just hurt like heck

All us out of staters would love to live near enough

to go to the support group meetings and party with you party

animals. However....we are very realistic. We couldn't afford

to live in California on what we make. You guys live high on the

I was amazed when we were in Ca how much more expensive the little stuff

was(like bread for Tom's sandwiches). I mean just going through the grocery

store

with him shocked me. Some things were comparable, but most were high.

And I was thinking Medicare was crappy....Have you seen my batwing pics? I

tried on the cutest outfit today...One that was actually fitting...LOL. And

nixed it because of my arms....So Sad!

....We joined the Y today('s B'day present) Going to do water aerobics

tomorrow. Did a little on the weight machines today and walked on the

treadmill. Tonight I'm hitting the zanaflex....Ugh!
