You lay on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor or flexed. Flexed is a little harder. Blow out all the stale air, Rashelle calls this blowing through the golden straw, take in your deep belly breath and hold it for a few counts. Pah it out slowly, not as forceful as BF, you'll learn more about this when you receive your LL tapes. Hold your breath and lift your butt and lower back up off the floor and hold for as long as you can. I've been doing this but instead of holding the position I do small pulses, they're almost internal movements: butt up, butt down, butt up etc. as many times as you can while holding your breath. What a great idea to start while your hubby is gone... he will come home to a hot, sexy babe of a wife (well, hotter than you already are, I mean)!! I have a home gym and do all my training at home, so feel free to email me if you are interested in setting yourself up to work out at home. I can imagine that with a little one, you may not be able to get to the gym as easily as some people. I can let you know what I have and what works really well for me. I have been working out at home since I started BFL last August, so it *is* possible to do this program entirely outside of the gym. Good luck to you!!!
