,

Sorry to hear that you're having a rough time right now hon. *hugs*

It made perfect sense to me when you said that you knew what you had,

but not the problem. I think everyone can relate to that!

I can also really relate about christmas and a kiddo who doesn't know

that there actually are toys that cost less than 80.00. It's really a

bummer, I have to tell her no so much anyway, I like to at least be able

to say " yes " on special occasions like christmas, but I don't know if

that is gonna happen this year or not.

Hang in there, hon. Feel free to vent anytime! I can understand not

feeling like posting, but check in with us every now and again, won't

you? That way we won't worry about you so much. *hugs*

Thanks for the note it really helped me out during a hard time. My son just

can not get it though his head that when he does something bad, it stresses

me out and makes my condition worse and with all this holiday stuff it is

really depressing me. Hopefully it will get better (positive thinking). Am

doing much better now, still have some times when I do not feel like doing

anything at all and everything gets on my nerves. Am trying some things that

may help me out. Actually started back on my cross stitching and am enjoying

it again. Before did not even want to look at it, so I guess that is an

improvement.

Take care and Thanks for all the support

,

*hugs* hon. I know it's so hard with little ones that just can't yet

understand that the whole world doesn't revolve around them!! (*giggles*) At

least that's how my 8 yo is. She swears that the sun rises and sets on her

little behind. :)

I'm glad that you've started enjoying your hobbies again, though! I love to

cross-stitch, but I usually don't have the time. :(

Hope that things are going a little bit better for you today, hon. *major

hugs* This time of year can be so hard.

Hi ,

Welcome back!!!!! I've been wondering how you were doing. It's great that

you were able to find a support group to reach out to. It always helps

when you can talk about things, I really don't know why, but it does.

I'm glad that you love your home. I'm sure that you're settled by now.

Does your family like it?

Have a great night!

Love, Liz

Hi Karma, everyone, I remember my 40th was not easy like 30th was.

So many of my friends had a hard time with 30, but i thought 30 was

great. I wasn't expecting 40 to be difficult to swallow, but it was!

I don't think i look that different, but that NUMBER i did not like, lol!

And darned if that number doesn't keep going up, LOL.

Hi all you youngesters,

50 was a hard one for me and at 60 I didn't care anymore!

By the way if there are anymore "older" ladies out there I found a real

benefit from this deep breathing. Cuts the hot flashes by about 50%.

This is the first year I can wear bulky sweaters since I went off the hormone

pills without wanting to rip them off in the middle of a hot flash!

Can anyone tell me what a "pelvic tilt" is?

Love this group, you are all so helpful!

Hi Karma, everyone, I remember

So many of my friends had a hard time with 30, but i thought 30 was

great. I wasn't expecting 40 to be difficult to swallow, but

it was!

I don't think i look that different, but that NUMBER i did not like,

lol!

And darned if that number doesn't keep going up, LOL.

Hi Iva,

I read in that Reader's Digest Article where they stated " menapausal

women improve their symtoms by 50% by doing deep breathing " funny you

should mention it! Anyway, just glad its working for you and gives

the

rest of us hope for our futures.

The Pelvic Tilt you ask? Well, you stand feet about a foot apart or

less and exhale all the air out of your lungs, inhale as your tummy

expands with air and then Pahhhhhhh as you tummy contracts the air

out, then tighten your rear and hips forward (like Elvis). Holding

8-10 counts. That's the Pelvis Tilt. Best of intentions to you!

Warmly, Tig :)

I also read that in "Jump Start your Metabolism" and they are right.

I didn't think about it until several weeks ago when I noticed at work

that I wasn't constantly taking my sweater off and on. (You learn

to layer). Thanks for the instructions for the pelvic tilt.
