Hi Kim thank u for your post u have really helped as I was nervous of eating

after the op and also about not being able to stop. Well 6 days to go till the

big day, just trying to keep myself busy and my mind occupied trying not to

worry too much. I find the busier I am the less energy I have so its a no win

situation really either no energy or sheer panic! But Hey just got to think

there is an end in sight and am really looking forward to eating with my family

again x x x Sam

had done.. because of a prior surgery many years ago.. i  was unable to get a

wrap... i just got the heller M. but i have had no reflux at all. and my surgeon

didnt want me eating anything sharp or anything after the surgery.. like no taco

chips, nuts or steak or roast.. etc. so i didnt  but i was like the post i

read.. i was really afraid to eat almost.. but i will tell you what scared me

most was the possibility of enjoying eating so much that i would eat everything

in sight. well i havent! LOL! and i can have coffee again in the mornings. Still

in the size 8 jeans.. all is good...before the surgery i also would regurg,

every morning when brushing teeth.. all the  stuff that builds up in the E.

while we sleeping. (between getting up and regurging at night-which was common

thing for me)  i am so glad i had this done, and 119 pounds (sam) for someone

that tall is really

> skinny... I will be happy to hear you telling us that you are gaining and

loving to eat good food! kim bailey
