I have a few questions for the group. 1. Does everyone in this group filter all the water that comes into their homes? We do not, and everytime I take a bath I wonder if I am setting myself back by all the flouride and chlorine I am sitting in and probably absorbing. Sometimes I wonder if I can make any real headway in detoxing when there are more toxins than detoxifiers!2. It has been mentioned on this list to take a break now and then from your supplements. What is the purpose of doing this? How often would you need to take a break and for how long? A couple of days or a couple of weeks?3. I can't stop thinking about the liposomal vitamin C someone mentioned here recently. I found a couple of

sites that tell you how to make it. Anyone here doing that?-Kim
