Use heard u can put it in a cloriceptic bottle and mist it and inhale it. Also

in the shower I take a gulp and hold it in my mouth as sing as I can stand it.

It foams helps with mouth health and also helps with coffee stains. Yes coffee

one of my remaining vices.

Hi Flo!

Well as long as your numbers are good and you're not on any meds you're doing

something good.  I'm glad you're trying to stay off the meds.  I'm on Hydrogen

Peroxide, Cat's Claw, Essiac, Pau D'Arco, Coconut oil, and Probiotics.  I don't

know on how many supplements you're on but you're not the only one.  I for one

feel great probably better than when i was diagnosed.  Hydrogen Peroxide

Oxygenates my body, Coconut oil is good for keeping the T-Cells high, Pau D'Arco

and Cat's Claw enhance the immune system and fight fungus, Essiac cleanses the

body ( as does the Hydrogen Peroxide) and Probiotics release good bacteria into

the body.  So that's my regimen.  You might be perfect for that incurables

program from the Herb Doctor.  The kit is very pricey.  But I'm sure it's worth

a try.  Right now I'm still dedicated to Hydrogen Peroxide therapy to see if

indeed works.  So far it's been working very well but it's too early to tell if

it's the cure

we're promised in the book " one minute cure " but I have kept everyone updated

with my lab results.  They seem to be improving without meds.

Take care and I'm glad to see you on here.

What I precieved from your post is that I should omit the suppements and buy a

jucier and start raw nutrients from fresh produce.I can do that.I would

apperciate any infomation that I can come across in my efforts to win this so

called battle.

You stated ( properly combined ) please eliberate.

for over 25 years. Sometimes you come across people who seem to be doing all

the right things but still having health problems. Ask them what they're taking

and they come up with a gym bag full of supplements and things, many of which

are toxic and interfere with health -- especially many of the protein products

body builders take. Supplements are not absorbed as well as nutrients from

whole foods. They make for very expensive urine. The money wasted on

supplements would be better spent on fresh organic produce. In my book, less is

more. Nothing beats raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds -- properly

combined. Add more of these to your diet and eliminate more and more of the

things that destroy health -- drugs, caffeine, alcohol, refined sugars and

flour, animal products, grains in general (exception: sprouted grains) and

medical doctors -- the number one cause of death, disfigurement and disease.

Florence,

I take most of the same supplements as you take but to to supplement the lack of

glutathione, it is better to take N-Acetyl Cysteine, which helps the body

produce it's own glutathione.

I will soon start taking astragalus polysaccharide and cycloastragelon, both

astragalus extracts.

Best of health!

I give you a few basics, but you should read up on Natural Hygtiene. My

friend, Nison, has several excellent videos on youtube. Google him and the

Raw Life Health Show.

Fruit should always be eaten on an empty stomach. So it makes sense to start

your day with fruit. Acid fruits and sweet fruits shouldn't be mixed. Melon:

eat it alone or leave it alone.

Concentrated proteins (animal products, nuts & seeds) should not be eaten with

starches. They don't digest properly together. Proteins cause the body to

secrete acid enzymes. Starches create alkaline enzymes. Together they

neutralize each other and inhibit proper digestion. Our SAD (standard American

diet) of meat and potatoes, meat/nut butter sandwiches, etc. are all unhealthy

combinations. If you're going to have animal flesh, eat it with a green salad.

If you want to have baked potato, eat that with a green salad. \

My friend, -Inez Matus, is a good source of health information. She has

food-combining charts, and a very good recipe book (that includes cooked recipes

with chicken and fish dishes for those in transition.) It's easiest for most

people to work their way gradually to an 80% to 100% raw vegan diet. She is

available for personal consultations and supervised fasting and feasting. Her

email is hygieaz@.... She doesn't spend a lot of time on the compter,

so be patient if you don't here from her immediately. There is also the

Hippocrates Institute in West Palm Beach (if you can afford it) and the Anne

Wigmore Institute in Puerto Rico where you can go to learn how to adapt to this

lifestyle.

Also, look for raw food support groups near you. Being with like-minded people

makes it easier and more fun. It's totally rawsome!

Hi Flo, you are correct with Selenium and gluatione.  Looks like you've done

your homework.  The only thing I probably wouldn't do is the papaya enzyme.  It

really doesn't benefit the body other than break down protiens.  I take it after

I've had a little too much meat.  It seems like you're already taking enough for

digestive and immune support.  you have to be careful you don't lose too much

weight.

I found this nice write up on the benefit of papaya.

Immunity: How Fermented Papaya Could Strengthen Your Bodys Natural Defences

Date: 01/06/05

Papaya is a tangy, sweet-tasting tropical fruit with bright orange flesh.

Papaya is a tangy, sweet-tasting tropical fruit with bright orange flesh. It is

not only a delicious treat for your taste buds but is also beneficial in terms

of promoting good health. It contains papain enzymes that promote efficient

digestion, and is also a rich source of vitamins A and C and potassium.

Eminent researcher, professor Luc Montagnier, co-discoverer of the HIV virus and

President of the World Foundation for AIDS Research & Prevention, has taken a

particular interest in the medicinal properties of papaya. Like other scientists

worldwide, Montagniers research has mainly focused on fermented papaya known as

FPP (fermented papaya preparation) rather than fresh papaya fruit.

According to Dr Montagnier, FPP has outstanding properties for fighting

oxidative stress and stimulation of the immune system.

Now an FPP supplement called Immunge has been developed by Japanese scientists.

HSI is delighted to announce that Immunge has recently been launched in the UK

and its immune-boosting properties are backed by more than 30 studies.

How does fermented papaya maintain good health?

FPP, the main ingredient in Immunge , is produced by the fermentation of green

papaya the breakdown of carbohydrates, fats and proteins by yeast under special

conditions over an eight-month period. Once fermented, the papaya is dried and

ground into a fine powder.

Nutritional analysis reveals that FPP contains beneficial amino acids and small

sugar molecules called oligosaccharides, which have the ability to regulate and

enhance your bodys antioxidant capacities in two ways.

First, they directly destroy dangerous free radicals in the body, such as

hydroxyl (the most dangerous among free radicals); and second, they enhance the

activity of the bodys own antioxidant enzymes, such as superoxide dismutase

(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase.1-3

Free radicals are highly reactive molecules that wreak havoc on your cells. They

are produced during many of your bodys normal metabolic processes. However, you

are also continually bombarded by free radicals from external sources, such as

exposure to traffic pollution, cigarette smoke and radiation, and from the

intake of food pesticides, fried and processed foods, and alcohol. When too many

free radicals invade your system your cells become susceptible to damage.

For example, excess free radicals are believed to be one of the main causes of

the ageing process and a causative factor in many degenerative conditions

including cataracts, wrinkles, age spots, arthritis and cancer. Because FPP

helps neutralise free radicals, Immunge offers great potential as a protective

agent.

Helps ward off illness by strengthening your bodys natural defences

Besides its anti-ageing effects, FPP has powerful immune-enhancing properties,

as mentioned earlier. In particular, it helps boost your bodys first line of

protection against infection by improving the efficiency of white blood cells

known as macrophages that kill disease-causing microbes.4 Consequently, FPP is

beneficial in protecting against and warding off colds, influenza and other

infections.

In addition, FPP increases the production of a chemical called interleukin that

is secreted by macrophages. Interleukin plays an important role in wound healing

and prevents the spread of infection.5

Research also shows that FPP enhances the activity of other white blood cells

known as Natural Killer cells. Natural Killer cells contain granules with

enzymes that can kill tumour cells and microbes.6

Powerful immune-boosting properties offer hope in the fight against AIDS

Because of its effects on the immune system, Dr Montagnier recommends using FPP

in combination with conventional AIDS therapy in the management of AIDS.

In one study involving HIV patients, FPP increased the numbers of CD4 white

blood cells, helped with weight gain and increased haemoglobin (a substance

contained within red blood cells that is responsible for oxygenating the body)

levels.

CD4 cells are an important part of the immune system and people with AIDS often

have a reduced number as HIV causes them to decrease making sufferers

susceptible to opportunistic infections.

What to take for best results

Due to its dual action as both an anti-ageing product and as an immune enhancer

Immunge can be taken as a general nutritional supplement or to help strengthen

the body at times of ill-health.

The recommended dosage for Immunge varies according to individual needs. As an

anti-ageing product, one sachet daily is recommended either first thing in the

morning or before going to bed at night. The powder should be dissolved under

the tongue before swallowing and must be taken on an empty stomach.

As a bolster for the immune system the suggested dose is two to three sachets a

day for up to three days, then one sachet daily until health is restored. And in

the treatment of degenerative conditions such as arthritis, two to three sachets

a day is recommended.

In most cases the beneficial effects, which build up over several weeks, are

noticeable within one to three months.

Contraindications: Studies show Immunge to be safe and free of side-effects. It

can even be taken during pregnancy, under a doctors supervision, at one sachet a

day for up to four months in duration.

Those who are sensitive to fermented foods such as wine and bread or who have

candidiasis may not be able to tolerate Immunge as the product contains yeast.

In such cases it should be taken with care or avoided.

Oh wow.  Well I know papaya eaten raw or in fruit form was beneficial for the

immune system but most papaya enzyme pills didn't have much immune benefits, the

ones I tried a while back were merely for digestive purposes.  They had very

little vitamin C.  I'll look around and see if there's any other papaya capsules

or pills at other vitamin stores.  I bought mine at GNC I haven't looked any

where else for them.

 Thanks for the info

I found the video.  It's in Arabic or something that I could NOT understand. I

actually just had a sort of instant distaste from all of it, and I'll admit

because it looked just like another terrorist video.  Guy in long beard in

front of a white wall talking something I could not understand with subtitles

that I didn't really believe.  I mean, the Pres of Iran says there's no gay

people in Iran! And in the middle of some place where people get killed for

being gay, there's a place that has the cure for AIDS.  I don't know...

I tried the MMS1.  Somebody else has to try the Baariz!  LOL!

Well my definition of " cure " is simply just getting rid of the problem.  I am

aware the anti-body may always be present in our bodies forever but just because

you have the anti-body doesn't mean you have the problem.  When our bodies are

exposed to something like HIV or Hep for instance our bodies make these

antibodies.  Our bodies are like computers and keep track of everything that

goes on in it.  Many people on here think HIV isn't real and that it's all in

you head, and everyone here in entitled to their opinions but my goal is to just

have it eliminated from the body.  The Anti-body can stay but the virus can

not...

Don , I was wondering what the definition of " cured " is. What is it that you

are looking for; is it blood markers, how you feel...? Just wondering as you

said it was too early to tell if H2O2 is a cure. You know the antibody that they

test for will ideally never go away, right? I didn't know they even had a test

that showed a cure.
