When you click yes, I think you get re- directed to a chat page... I hope you can figure it out!!! Guest guest Report post Posted January 25, 2004 We are having a lot of trouble with the chat. I got bumped off and couldn't get back on. It has been a problem since about Thanksgiving. It just started happening after Christmas. Even when we get logged on we are getting knocked off with a message that says general chat error. I sent an email to customer service asking for their assistance with the problem and have not heard back from them. , or one of the moderators, do you have any suggestions? Often we have a nice mix of band/helmet grads, currently banded/helmeted, going to be banded/helmeted, or " repo'ing " parents, so there is usually someone in the group that can answer and concerns/questions you might have, or maybe just provide some fellowship for us plagio parents! In the past, we have had the most success when one day and time were chosen to be the " weekly chat " time and a host was there to great the participants. If you are interested in chatting, just pick a day and time and announce to the group when you'll be there. Often times one or two people will show up.
