Guest guest
Do any of you experience a gunky throat after eating meat? I bought an angus steak which was very good that we had a few days ago and noticed it and last night had leg of lamb (for the first time!). I'm not use to red meat. My blood sugar is stabilizing after indulging a couple of times with birthdays, halloween, etc. but I am still leery of eating dead animals. I have been told in the past and pretty recently by 2 different iridologists that I don't have enough stomach acid so maybe thats it. Need help digesting it. I think my body mainly wants to go into a cleansing state partly cause of the program I'm on (to rid myself of toxins, etc.) and because it needs it. That may be it too. Any of you notice this? I can't forget about everything I've heard about how we eat too much protein, etc. Maybe that is the key. The serious balancing like you do Aikya. I worry about parasites, fat, etc. too with meat. Uric acid buildup. Dead animals. Sorry. Hard to change my mindset. Chicken and fish don't seem so much like animals. Any of the rest of you have these problems? I keep picturing sweet little lambs. Thanks. Jeanie Re: Frustration in KC > From: " aikya " <aikya@...> > > Underarm temp should be 97.5 or around there. I find with myself that it > wavers. I'l say it's hovering around a certain temp. Nope can't say that I do Jeanie. I love red meat and was tickled that O's can have it. I make sure all my meat is cooked very well done, but other than that I can't afford to get organic grown meat. I have all I can do to afford the cheap supermarket slabs of beef. I really think proper cooking takes care of any problems. AND of course proper hand washing after handling anything at all, including vegetables. Take care and sorry I can't help Debbie
