Guest guest
Hello Karma, Thank you so much for sending this. I am so busy lately that I don't have as much time to get on line as I would like to so I appreciate you for taking your precious time to send this. Pat, I hope this helps you. The pelvic tilt is one of my all time favorite positions. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. LifeLift is the Original Aerobic Breathing Is it like sitting down in an imaginery chair? Hi Rashelle and Everyone, I have been trying to figure out how to do pelvic tilts for months!!! I know that it is, or SHOULD be, a very easy position to get into, but couldn't figure out how to do it, until maybe now. So, here is my question: Is doing pelvic tilts like sitting down in an imaginary chair? If I have finally figured out how to do pelvic tilts, and if it is true that you do it by sitting down in an imaginary chair, then now I will be able to do pelvic tilts while I do my Life Lift breathing to my heart's content, and I am so very happy about that!! So, please answer my question for me, Rashelle and everyone, and thank you all so very, very much!!!! Love always, Pat

Guest guest
Hello Dearest Karma, What a treat to see a post from you today. I am grateful to have you in my life for so many reasons. I am very concerned about Darlene. She lives near the tornado that hit Alabama today and I have not been able to reach her. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress Be healthier with each breath you take with LifeLift www.oxygenlift.net. LifeLift is the Original Aerobic Breathing Rashelle and everyone Dearest Rashelle & Life Lift friends, In response to the soft nurturing language spoken here, with the positive influence of saying and learning what to say and how, I am being changed. Not to perfection for sure but I wanted to share with you that the language of love in your comments embrace, warm and heal scarred hearts. I grew up in a very negative situation. I felt victory when I wasn't being in agreement with the old tapes stuck in my head and heart about who I am and how I affect people. My self esteem simply wasn't. I had no one cheering me on or telling me that I could do and accomplish in a positive way. When used in my past it was used in manipulating and controlling ways. Here I am learning the art of being positive and using words that can break a heart to one that can heal a heart without being fake. It's so good to know that if I come here someone will have something good or positive to say to someone even if that particular time it isn't to me. Thank you, all of you for all that you do. Bless you, Virginia __________________________________________________________ We won't tell. Guest guest
Hi , Dr. Budwig has done a lot of research on the subject of Cancer. Here is a website that outlines her research and the diet http://www.positivehealth.com/permit/Articles/Nutrition/turner60.htm I had suggested this method because I thought it would go with what Laurie and her mother probably are comfortable with. Another site that I suggested to Laurie and is what I personally would do if I found out I had cancer is the Breuss Cancer Diet. It is not for people who can not fast, which is why I didn't suggest it in the first place. This diet can be read about here http://curezone.com/diseases/cancer/breuss.asp Hope that helps, Karma > > Karma > What is with the flax seed and cottage cheese? > > Laurie you are doing great! > > Blessings > R > Fw: My mom - prayers needed (note back from my mom) > > > > > Ask Karma about the flaxseed and cottage cheese, I heard about that. What I'm wondering is they want me to stay away from any hormone producing things for now as it might feed the cancer. True? False? I sent you what I've had so far and wondering if I'm better with just all whole foods and juicing? All the emails are so loving and so sweet. My thanks to them all even though I can't respond to them all individually right now. I need all the positive energy I can receive right now. Encourgement to keep on with what I'm doing and I applaud myself for going cold turkey with everything even though it brought on a headache I've never had before. Guest guest
This is a solution that is used to clean the sinuses. There is a video on this site http://www.nasopure.com that shows how to rinse your sinuses using the nasopure. You can buy solutions for neti pots, but they are probably the same recipe packaged. My sister got this recipe from her nose specialist back in the late 70's. This is another site that shows pictures of how to irrigate the nose using the traditional neti pot. http://jscms.jrn.columbia.edu/cns/2005-11-01/heasley-nosewashing/ To see a video of an actual neti pot go here http://netipot.org/demo_video.htm Another demonstration was on the Oprah show. Here is that link http://www.oprah.com/health/oz/oz_20070426_350_105.jhtml Hopefully these links will help you see what I'm talking about. Guest guest
Yep, they are doing great. Thank you for taking care of them while we were gone. Karma Karma Hello my dear friend. Thank you for the compliment. Have your tomatoes yielded any more fruit since they are home? Our grandson sure enjoyed them. It was precious watching him pop them in his mouth and leave the other foods for last. When would it work out best for Logan to come over and get the tapes? Only the nightgown today, didn't go to bed until 4:45 a.m. this morning so the day is really going by in a rush. Well, I did put on the earrings. Guest guest
Nope, I don't need them back at this time. I don't expect to need them back until just about the time you are finished with them. :-) Do you need some head phones so you can listen to them and Logan won't be able to hear them? I am going to make it over to see your beautiful blanket. :-) Congratulations on getting your breaths in! :-) Doing the happy dance for you. You are doing great!!! Karma Karma Good afternoon. I have just completed listening to the first Victory Theory tape and have started on the second one. I'm not sure what I think about them yet. Are you wanting them back now? If so, I can listen to them another time. Since Logan is not supposed to be on his foot so much he has been spending his time reading books from the library. When he is reading he cannot tolerate speaking whether by a person or machine and be able to concentrate on his reading (we are all that way) so finding a time when I can focus and he is elsewhere ( too)is at a premium. I am also trying to crochet a baby blanket for a little fella that has already made his appearance. I can't tell you how many times I've ripped it out. This morning I was ready to tackle it again (I am going to whip it) but found that I can only listen when I do one specific row out of the six that repeat. If I don't get it done pretty soon the opportunity to use it is going to pass by. I also want to make the same one for another mother to be that I know. After I get the first blanket made my hope is that I will find the second one easier to do. It is a really gorgeous pattern. This one is being done in blue but the second one will be done in white if all goes well. If not I am going to have to go back to a simple pattern and admit defeat. Did I ever tell you that I worked on one knitted afghan for about 25 years? My hope is that I will be able to get this one done much sooner. lol I am doing better with my breaths, I think. I have completed ten today. I may do some more in the evening if I am back on the computer. ;-) Virginia Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsover things are honest, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Guest guest
I have a whole drawer full of " cheap " headphones that I don't mind bringing over until you can get some better ones. I keep them on hand for the girls. I get the " cheap " because they are hard on them and since they don't cost much it doesn't bother me when they get broken. Just let me know. I'll be happy to share, unless.... I go to the drawer and they have raided it! :-) I'm on my way home from Independence. Rick is driving and I'm checking e-mail. I thought we might be staying the night as Rick's Mamaw wasn't feeling well, throwing up, chest hurting, sweating, etc. So, we took her to the emergency room and they are keeping her overnight. We are on our way home because Rick's sister called from the hospital to say the Dr.'s think she is just fine and will go home in the morning. I know we have appointments at the office tomorrow afternoon, but some time this week I hope to find time to come visit. :-) Karma Karma I'm hard on headphones so I'll get some payday. I never even thought about using headphones. Thanks for the idea. I also got in 5 more breaths and may do more before bedtime. The blanket is on it's way. I am marking every row so I have the right count. It's a pain but not as much as having to rip it all out again. I got to the border before and couldn't get it to work out, twice. The next time I tried counting and found I was short a lot of stitches so I figured out I haven't counted the rows right. By the time I get it finished I should be able to do the white one without any problem. lol I'll let you know when it's finished. ;-) Virginia Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsover things are honest, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Guest guest
Payday is Wednesday so I'll know better then about headphones. We also get our dishwasher fixed that day. It was on a recall for potential fire hazard. If you come over before Wednesday I'd love to use a set of your headphones. I hope Rick's Mamaw does well overnight. It may be some kind of flu bug going around. At any rate I have lifted her up in prayer. All of us are coughing and going on over here so you might not want to come. Lot of sinus drainage for all of us and Logan in particular is coughing a lot. I don't know if it is allergies or colds. Anyway you slice it it's no fun. It's cool that you can check on your e-mail while Rick is driving. It is amazing all the gadgets that we have access to in this day and age. Enjoy the ride. ;-) Virginia --- Karma Tucker <karmatucker@...> wrote: > I have a whole drawer full of " cheap " headphones > that I don't mind bringing over until you can get > some better ones. Guest guest
Thanks Rashelle, I have more energy than anyone I know, I am busyier than anyone I know so I have to have a routine or I get really sidetracked. I love starting my day the way I do, it helps me focus and my day. :-) Karma God BLESS you, Karma <:-) Did my AM break LL too... Oh dear, I totally understand that whole " perfectionist problem " LOL - - Love what you said about daily hygiene habits & treating our LifeLift routine just the SAME as brushing our teeth (clean on the outside AND clean on the inside)... My blessing, so to speak, is that skipping my LL program for more than just a couple of days makes me FEEL bad physically, psychologically AND spiritually (all 3 areas are inter-connected, IMHO) -- so wanting to feel GREAT again is my main motivation for getting right back on track <:-) And I personally find that getting in one workout at home 1st thing in the morning (whether a short maintenance " burst " or a full 40- breath reducing routine) is the KEY that sets a happy & healthy tone for the rest of my entire day -- It's like starting down the proper chute, right from the get-go, so that build-up of momentum supplies ALL the energy & enthusiasm I need to take more LL breaths throughout my day! Your friend, CC " Keep on LifeLift flex-breathing <:-) It works! "

Guest guest
Hi Virginia, I am a perfectionist. If I don't have the details worked out before I start, I simply won't do it. Guest guest
You are welcome Rashelle, I go back and read my messages from time to time to remind myself of what I did that worked for me. Then I say, Oh, yeah, I achieved my goal, became a slacker, and then forgot what I did to achieve my goal! What a vicious cycle! LOL, the list is my memory. Karma Guideline post Hi Everybody! This is my first post and my dvd's are on their way. I'm so excited to get started and get down from a 10 to a 6 for my cousin's wedding this summer. I can't wait to feel the energy and overall good health that everyone is raving about! I read in a past email that there was a formula posted to find one's ideal body. Is it possible to repost that? Thanks,
