Guest guest Report post Posted May 3, 2000 Thank you , I have a special place in my heart for you too. I am much better today, yesterday was a very sad day. I wasn't handling my decision very well at all! I was way into the "poor me!" attitude. I have made it out of the valley and am back on my mountain top! I can see much clearer today thanks to all my friends helping me through it! ~Karma Karma Wow Karma, I haven't had time to be on the computer today until now and my heart is very heavy in hearing that you are leaving. I do understand where your husband is coming from and I am not surprised that you are agreeing with his wishes. You are just that type of lady. Your family comes first. I think most men, my husband included find it very difficult to believe that we could possibly have formed a loving kinship with one another without ever meeting. But we have and our belief and faith in God has made us even closer. You may be out of sight dear lady but never out of mind. You have been a constant strength to me and I always look forward to your posts. I will keep you in my prayers and I know that we have not seen the last of you. Thank you for all you have done for this list and for your great wisdom and guidance and may God bless you and your wonderful family in all that you do. Guest guest Report post Posted June 26, 2000 It is feasible. You would need to start on a Friday so that you will have the weekend to deal with the initial detox symptoms. These initial symptoms are quite uncomfortable for some people. Some of these symptoms include a very toxic headache, don't make the mistake of taking anything for it, just stay in bed drink some water and ride it out. It won't last all that long. Another symptom is a thick coating of the tongue and teeth that just won't go away. This is just another way for the body to release the toxins. That is why I do the oil swish to help it out. Most people also feel very tired the tired can be compared to the first three months of pregnancy, remember when you just wanted to sleep your life away during this time? Again, this only lasts a few days. Just go with it. One mistake that I made the first time I did this cleanse in the early 80's was that I didn't realize the importance of the enemas. I didn't do them because at that time I just thought it too GROSS! I will NEVER make that mistake again. I found myself on the third day of the cleanse shopping with my mom and everything decided to finally move. I went white as a sheet and my abdomen went into a major cramp. My mom looked at me and asked me if I was alright. I just looked at her and said NO! Do I look alright! I have to get to the bathroom NOW!!! I had about 30 seconds to get there or I was going to have to just use the floor! I did make it, but it was one of the worst experiences of my life! Since then, I have done the enemas each night and had no problems. By Monday, you should be past the initial detox symptoms. Just take your stuff to work. I did this while teaching. Most people think that teachers can do anything, not true! They never have a chance to use the bathroom! No kidding, most teachers report urinary trouble, I'm sure it is because they have no time to use the bathroom. So, since I could do this as a teacher, I'm sure you can do it. I have found that if you do the enemas each night that is the only time you will use the bathroom on this cleanse. I hope that this has answered your questions. Take care and have a great day! Guest guest Report post Posted July 6, 2000 Hi Barbara, Thanks for letting me know. I tried it and it came up. I am not sure that I have the link up for the vitamins yet. It is http://loaves-n-fishes.com/vitamins.html I am still building it. My inventory it incredibly huge! I have a friend that already has the health food store in a physical location. She is allowing me to operate the on-line version of it for her and I get to keep the profits! She is a wonderful friend! Her store is a full line health food store, so, if you can find it in a health food store, I should be able to sell it to you for at least 25% off retail prices. She doesn't carry UDO's yet, I am still working on her for that one! :-) Being a stay at home mom, I sure do appreciate being able to work from my computer so that I am still able to home school my kids. I sure have appreciated the orders from those of you who have ordered from me! THANK YOU!!! :-) I am spending all my free time trying to get the cataloge on-line. It is over 300 pages though! Phew! Thank goodness for LifeLift breaths. Sitting here at the computer doing them keeps me going! Thanks again, Karma list creator, co-moderator. >From: " Barbara C. Guest guest Report post Posted November 17, 2000 Thanks Terry! I will keep everyone informed. I actually teach a breathing class to my friends at church. It is kind of funny how it started. I was showing a friend of mine in the parking lot how to do the breathing. She had asked what I was doing to lose weight, and you all know me! I told her!!!! LOL! I told her about colon cleansing, eating more frequently at least 6 times a day (not pigging out mind you, just eating) told her about the importance of water, told her about the importance of the "good" fats, then, I made her promise not to laugh at me or I would "slap her" (of course I wouldn't and she knew it, it was just a figure of speech so she would be warned!) I then showed her how to do the LifeLift breath. She of course busted a gut laughing. So, I told her if she thought that was funny, how about this, soooo, I did a breath, then gave her an "ugly face" (from BodyFlex) She had to sit down she was laughing so hard. I then made her do a few breaths and she got really winded on the second one and was really impressed that I could suck my entire gut into a hollow cave! :-) Soooo, that is how I got suckered into teaching a class on how to do this breathing and other health related topics. She said she had no idea on most of this stuff, and that she had no idea that I was so funny! You see, I usually don't say anything to people I know personally, I save it all up for everyone on the lists! LOL! I am in person an extreme introvert. :-) Everyone on the lists knows me better than people who know me personally! :-) Talk to you later, ~Karmahttp://loaves-n-fishes.com Vitamins, Herbs, etc. at discount prices.View my current auctions at: http://showcase.auctiva.com/Karma"Spread love everywhere you go: first of all in your own house. You're a very special person for doingthis. Possibly God's plan? Anyway, I hope this is will be thesolution that she is looking for. After explaining everything toher and showing her the tape, and seeing that she is doing thebreathing right, let her decide when to introduce the stretchesand flexing into the routine. I agree that she will probably seeresults quickly just from the breathing. But hopefully she willFEEL results quickly too, with more energy and a sense of wellbeing. That is what will give her the incentive to add the stretchesand the flexing. There's quite a few she can do from the sittingposition. I'll be praying for her and for her success. Keep usposted okay? My best to you and her.Terry
Guest guest Report post Posted March 12, 2001 I am so excited to be seeing results again! Sunday I had several people in church ask me what I am doing. I wish I could just give them a simple answer like. Life Lift, or BodyFlex. But, you all know me. I'm doing a lot of things. I'm doing Life Lift. I'm doing my Chi machine. (Which by the way, I have added the new machines if you are interested. I have a link on my page to the new machines I added. They are a variety of prices and some have padded ankle rests along with magnets depending on what you are looking for.) I am not snacking all day long. I have increased my protein intake and my good fat intake and reduced my carb intake. I am doing the stretchband workout to increase my lean body mass. I am taking lots of water to which I have added MSM and Hydroxygen Plus (This is an awesome product that increases the Oxygen in our bodies, again, I have a link on my page to tell about it.) I am also taking a few tablespoons of a product called Harmony (that product is on the karma.awarenesshealth.com page) I am not meaning to sound like an advertisement, this is just what I am doing and it is working. My thighs are looking really good now. I think that is from the Chi machine because I am only doing sitting Life Lift breaths at the computer while reading and working. My belly is looking better and more defined. I don't know if that is from the Chi machine or from Life Lift of from the combination of the two. My skin is looking fabulous! That is from the added Flax and Udo's oil. My hair is growing and looking good. That is from the MSM and the Hydroxygen and Harmony. I have a lot more energy. That is from all of the above! I like how things are going, plan to keep with this plan until it needs to be changed to continue progress! ~Karma karma@... http://loaves-n-fishes.com http://www.karma.awarenesshealth.com 707-982-7597 voice/fax Day Nine - March 2001 - 31 Day Size > Down!!!!! > > > (Ok, this is Long…….. Guest guest Report post Posted June 7, 2003 Hi Sunshine, I would recommend the original video. It was the one that Rashelle created as a teaching tape. It is not a workout tape. She teaches you just as if you were there in person with her. She goes over and over the basic breath, she then shows many different moves that a person might choose to do. She gives you enough information that you can actually build your own personalized workout for what you specifically need to work on. She also does a wonderful natural acupuncture facelift at the end and shares one of her inspiring stories called " Sugar " Rashelle is such a positive nurturing person and tries to teach people to be good to themselves. The other wonderful thing about her program is that she is actually on this list and when she is in town, she will take the time from her busy life and answer questions. Karma karma > Thanks Karma! My oldest daughter has the oxycise tape from the info commercial but she does not have the asthma to aggravate her, but her lupus and fibro do act up a lot. I am going to go to le's site and figure out what one/s to get. Any suggestions for my daughters, as well as for me? Thanks so much for replying, I want to get myself healthy and more fit and be able to help my daughters. > > sunshine > >
Guest guest Report post Posted June 5, 2005 That is so sad......people need to realize those dangers - Many think - well it is not alcohol or drugs - so not illegal.....and they are SO wrong...... Laurie, We just had an incident in our town where three kids were killed in a car accident. The driver of the vehicle had been sniffing the canned air according to the radio news I heard. Guest guest Report post Posted March 1, 2006 Good morning Karma, With you by Rick's side he has a lot of extra fire power so even being new should not stop you. I know what great instincts you have. Just follow your heart and go for it. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress Be healthier with each breath you take with LifeLift www.oxygenlift.net. LifeLift is the Original Aerobic Breathing Hi All! A question for you Hi all! I'm . I have been doing LL and other programs on and off for probably 5-6 years. I really do love them, I'm just not as consistent as I would like. This week, my goal is to do a tape or on my own 40 all-at-once breaths of LL! Wish me luck My question is: How many of you have tried doing twice-a-day either tapes with Rashelle or 40 breaths all-at-once of LifeLift and what was the result? I'm thinking you could burn much more fat with all that extra oxygen...but maybe not?? Thanks in advance!

Guest guest Report post Posted July 15, 2006 Hi Liz, You are on my prayer list, so you get my thought and prayers every day even though I don't e-mail daily. :-) I wish you weren't so tired and struggling though. Love, Karma Re: Karma Hi Karma, I'm still kicking! :-) I believe my bile duct is better because the diarrhea/steatorhhea is for the most part gone. I'm still constantly very tired, probably due to the anemia. Thanks for asking! Liz -- > Liz, > Hi, how are you doing? I have been reading but not taking time to post. However, your post on reflexology socks got me to thinking. I used to have some also. I did an e-bay search for reflexology and came up with an interesting item on reflexology. Item #130006814155 It is a pair of Foot Models that show the reflexology points on them. Kind of cool. :-) > > There are 7 auctions going on right now with the reflexology and accupunture socks. I just did a search on reflexology socks to get the results. > Karma
Guest guest Report post Posted July 15, 2006 That most certainly IS GROSS!!!! YUCK!!!! You don't have to thank me for praying for you, Liz, sweethert!!! It is just my nature to pray for my friends!!!! I can't help being so sweet, that's just how God made me. It's just part of my nature, that's all!!! But, you know, I wouldn't have it any other way!!!! Being nice to others blesses me so much more than it does those I am being nice to, believe me!!! So, may God bless you, Liz, not only for yourself, but for me, too!!!! Please feel better, darling!!!! Love always, Pat lizkins9 wrote: >Hi Pat, > >I knew that someone would ask me that. :-) It's weird floating >stools.. talk about GROSS!!!! > >You're such a sweet heart Pat!
