Option two - leave the hotel - if all your stuff has been knicked then all the

hotel will do is bill you at your home address.

Option three sell your body, it's take you a couple of years.

I'm sorry but you don't leave a phone number, the hotel bill is silly and if you

had gone to the US embassy they would have helped you out.

As far as I know Crystal light is not allowed, but you can have the juice of one lemon per day. I am, by no means, an expert, as I just started, but have read the book and have a few friends that have done this successfully. Also regarding the meds, i know, just because I am a RN that stopping thyroid meds can cause some very unsavory side effects.

Again, I have over 80 days of this diet under my belt (or should I say gone from

under my belt :-)) NO to the crystal light. Yes to all the different kind of

green teas out there. Make them strong and refrigerate and have iced tea. you

will come to like the plain water as you will associate it with cleansing your

body. Without it, the fat stays in your body. Allow the diet to change your

thinking about your relationship with food. Stick to Dr. Simeons protocol....

Do not stop taking thyroid medication. It is only replacing what your thyroid should be making, but is not.

Crystal Light is BAD!!!! No don't do it. Use lemon juice or stevia to change the

flavor if you need to
