Guest guest
Hi I am 46 and had bilateral total knee replacements 3 months ago I am so very glad I had the surgery done. I can’t imagine having to wait until next June though for the surgery! I am walking well now, no pain, and feel great. Best thing I did! ne No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
Welcome Maarit. Go to this message number 24884 . It will suggest a book you might be interested in buying and reading. Very very helpful, like a workbook for TKR. Don > > Hi! > > I just found this group, and decided to join, as I heard today that I > will have both my knees replaced next June. Guest guest
I'm so glad to hear about such a successful recovery. If you have time, would you mind going into some detail of how it progressed? I think all of us are afraid of post-surgery pain and taking a long time to heal, and possibly having complications. What led you to get 2 new knees at your age? Had you injured your knees? Ann Re:Newbie... Hi I am 46 and had bilateral total knee replacements 3 months ago I am so very glad I had the surgery done. Although we started off as support group for hip related problems and with many patients on the road to a resurfacing operation, you are welcome to participate also, see: http://uk./group/nordenshippies Swedish, Norwegian and English have been the languages used in discussions.
