I'm currently doing a rounded Tbs 3 times per day. and 2. Can taking it later in the evening cause sleep issues? I've had a bit of trouble with waking up way too early (e.g., go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 1 or 2am) and having lots of trouble getting back to sleep... Please be specific or if you know of a website that refers to the oral and gastric absorption of MSM that would be great -- sorry if already posted.
