Sheri- I have been going through yourweb pages, but can't seem to find anything

for an adult? I would just prefer to exempt myself instead of doing the Q..test.

Can I just fill out an exemption form like I did for my kids for myself? I have

to have one done in order to volunteer in the school where my children go (along

with background check etc)................. All the forms/letters say for

student, can I just cross that out and write adult?

Hi Tabatha - you probably should be asking your GP to test to

see whether you have low levels of any of the following: ferritin, B12, vitamin

D3, magnesium, folate, copper or zinc. If any are low, it will be stopping your

thyroid hormone from being properly absorbed into the cells. Also, is there any

chance you may have adrenal insufficiency or systemic candidiasis.  Go to our

web site www.tpa-uk.org.uk and click on

'Hypothyroidism' in the Menu and then click on 'Association Conditions' and

read the information there to see if this could be a problem.

I have changed to thyroyd from Thailand. Initially I found

it terrible, had dreadful nightmares and wondered what I't been sold. I've

been on it about a month now and those symptoms have gone. It controls most

of hypo symptoms but even increasing it doesn't get me to feel completely

normal as I did when on Nature Thyroid. It was well persisting with because

at the moment I think it is the best bet.

Hi there   I'm glad you're off meds,  I've been off of them for about 4 months

now, I feel great.  All you need is a little exercise and positive attitude and

you can get off those poison meds.  I felt like crap when I was on them.  I used

to be so full of energy until I got on them.  Now that I'm off of them I feel

great again.  Keep up the good work and keep us updated.  If you do end up

feeling bad or week take a quick combination of Essiac, Pau D'Arco, and Cat's

Claw.  That will bring your energy back up.  Or if you're up for it, take them

daily.  Essiac will cleanse your lymphatic system, Pau D Arco and Cat's Claw are

great for the immune system and kill anything fungal in your body.  I get my

bottles at Sunharvest and they are very inexpensive.  I got Pau D'Arco for like

Well dear ,

I am sitting here in Brazil anxiously waiting for my British Berkey filtration

system...which I chose very carefully after a long delay and I will be writing

about it after I start using it. And no....definetly no unless you are living up

in the Himalayan Mts using your filter with beatiful water...and what kind of

supplements are you taking? If they are in pill form forget it and go

liquid.....

Today I put together the new site content for my new magnesium site.....got to

be a hundred pages so in about a week you will be able to really read up on my

magnesium medicine freely..... and I hope to have my bicarbonate site up this

weekend

I have city water which i filter using the British Berkey filtration system,

including flouride filter, and when i test the water ph using my ph strips, it

gives a reading of 7.5 and 8. This filter does not take away minerals.

Does this mean this water we have can have high magnesium, and perhaps i

I went off wheat at age 39 and got into the first car accident of my life

within 24 hours. It is a real adjustment. When I avoid wheat everything in

my body works better. If I eat 3 cookies, I get pimples 2 days later, like

clockwork.

I stay stick with it.

The pimple issue with wheat is the high levels of propionic acid in us and when

we eat something that has propionic acid (like wheat and dairy..used as

perservatives in them) we show a reaction...the pimple. The pimple is bacteria

that is coming out of our pores. Children with autism have high levels of

propionic acid, a byproduct of bacteria and fungi, so when they eat those foods,

their behaviours worsen. Dr. McFabe of the University of Western Ontario

in Canada, did some ground breaking research and induced autistic behaviour in

mice by raising their propionic levels. They even did this to a pregnant mouse

that gave birth to a baby mouse that displayed autistic behaviours.

Why I tell you this is because:

1) Moms, treat yourselves too

and

2) Wheat and dairy are not the cause of autism but rather the fact that they

contribute to the amount of propionic acid in our kids and along with other

carbohydrates, they stay in the gut too long and feed the bacterias and fungi

that produce propionic acid. Also the bacteria and fungi use metals (minerals)

as " building blocks' to survive in the gut and other parts in the body.

The polysacharides and disacharide foods that do this are the ones that need to

be avoided. (They are not simple sugars that break down quickly and digest

quickly) Some people can get away with just using enzymes. My kids had to do a

diet first and then include enzymes a while later. The enzymes are now helping

so much. Foods like nuts and legumes, lentils etc, should be avoided for a long

while. They contain lecthins which are hard to digest even though the food is a

monosacharide.

Here is a good list of foods that tend not to cause issues with children when

beginning a diet...

FOODS TO START

*Chicken (free range)

*Turkey(free range)

*WILD Salmon (not canned or perserved)

*Veal (grass fed)

*Beef (grass fed and ground)

*Zuchinni (well cooked)

*Squash

*Carrots (WELL COOKED..two hours)

*Pears (cooked and peeled)

*Avacado ( give raw, puree, mash or cube with a little squeeze of lemon to

prevent browning)

*Honey (not pasteurized, but clear or filtered)

*VERY RIPE BANANA..only one half per day

*Diluted organic grape juice NOT from concentrate,

*Prune Nectar (sugar free) for constipation

*Diluted organic pear juice (sugar free)

*Himalayn salt (pink salt from the health food store) DO NOT USE REGULAR TABLE

SALT...it has sugar (or dextrose) in it.

*Olive oil or pure cold pressed coconut oil for cooking or adding to foods for

extra fat.

Can you tell me how Savella has worked for you. I've tried everything my doctor's have given me but I've had an intolerance to every one. How is Savella so different and has it taken all your pain away? That would be a miracle for me since mine is head to toe, literally. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow with a new Rheumatologist; is that the type of doctor that would prescribe this? Praying for all those dealing with fibro symptoms. Just have to let you know no flu or swine flu shot this year and going on two months Savella and herbal smoking when pain rears its ugly head (which is seldom) but Savella for me has done wonders. weaker, and am constipated. Is this a problem?

We told you this was going to happen.

Most likely it caused your adrenals to crash which I warned you was going to

happen months ago. It appears when you pushed the testosterone there was not

enough cortisol present to over come its affect. YOu putting the cart before

the horse as many do. In state of NY putting a kid on androgel with out proper

evaluation would result in lose of licensce of dr.

My last test is 145 but I have been as low as 90 some Dr.'s feel if your below

150 you need HGH others feel if your below 250 you need it. I am still waiting

for approval from my Drug plain to pay for this. It's been more then 5 weeks

now. I think it is going to get approved this next week.

It would seem, but the MRI came back negative along with the recent GnRH stim

test I had done the beginning of this week.

I had that test for Growth Hormone and they said I was OK later on I am told I

am Hypopituitary and my IGF-1 labs were all over the place over the yrs. low

normal to a little higher but always below mid range. I did a lot of reading

about Growth Hormone and found if your Testosterone is low or Cortisol even

Thyroid it takes a high. Your body tries to fix the low hormones by taking from

GH.

It was the ACTH Stim. test that showed me I am Hypopituitary they do labs then

give you a shot I was low before the shot then in 30 min.'s my levels shot way

up. This tells the Dr. your Adrenals work well but don't get told to work from

the Pituitary. I feel this and low levels of LH, FSH and Testosterone so one is

Hypopituitary mine like I have said is due to a head injury.

, let me preface my remarks by stating that this type of problem is best

handled by an endocrinologist rather than a general urologist such as myself. I

will answer your question but if you need a further information, consultation

with an endocrinologist is recommended.

Testosterone production by the testes is & #8232;stimulated by the production of

luteinizing hormone (LH) by the pituitary gland. There are 2 basic causes for

low testosterone levels. The first & #8232;is an inability of the testicles to

produce adequate testosterone in & #8232;spite of normal pituitary production of

a hormone called LH. This is called primary testicular failure. The & #8232;

second scenario is due to inadequate production of pituitary LH in the presence

of & #8232; normal testicles that have the capability to produce normal

& #8232;testosterone. This is often due to an isolated deficiency of the

pituitary gland by also may be due to a small pituitary tumor (which is usually

benign). To further & #8232; complicate matters, about 1/3 of the testosterone is

produced by the & #8232; adrenal glands and this action is related to the

pituitary gland via a different set of & #8232; hormones. Although their are 2

basic causes for low testosterone levels, there are & #8232;many conditions that

can be responsible for each and this needs to be defined. Testosteronemia

(lower than normal testosterone) can occur & #8232;in men of any age but is much

more likely to occur as one ages.

Testosterone & #8232;therapy should NOT be administered until the cause of the

deficiency is & #8232;determined by an endocrinologist as the treatment may

be & #8232; something other than testosterone replacement. Before getting into

this & #8232; any further, a blood test that measures the testosterone level

should be & #8232;to include total and free testosterone levels. Ideally, the

blood should be drawn in the morning as this is the time when the level it is

highest & most consistent in the majority of men. If normal, one does not have

a problem. If abnormal, further testing is needed to isolate the cause.

Armageddon Has Begun

A Tale of Two Stories: The European BioWar outbreak and the censoring of it by

the mainstream news media.

UPDATE: Latest Ukraine Plague figures: 1,253,558 very ill; 65,615 hospitalized

in serious to critical condition. These are Ukraine only figures.

The biggest story on the Planet today is the outbreak of a very serious Advanced

Biological War virus in Europe. The second biggest story on the Planet is the

suppression of this story for almost two weeks by the corporate owned mainstream

news media.

There is a lot we know and a lot that we can only speculate on about what is

unfolding in Central Europe. We know that in mid-October, less than a month ago,

there was a growing number of cases of what many thought was Swine Flu (A/H1N1)

in the western part of the Ukraine. We know that many hundreds if not thousands

of people in western Ukraine witnessed low flying light airplanes aerosol

spraying something over Ukrainian cities during the days of October 29, 2009 and

October 31, 2009. We know that beginning the night of October 29th, massive

numbers of people begin to get very sick. We know that the Ukraine government

issued a statement denying that it was doing any aerial spraying to combat the

growing disease or authorizing any spraying over Ukrainian cities. We know that

by October 30th, the Ukrainian authorities closed all schools for three weeks

and banded public gatherings.

We do NOT know what disease the people were/are coming down with. We do know

that doctors are describing the disease as Pneumonic Plague, or as some type of

hemorrhagic fever, or as hemorrhagic influenza, or as hemorrhagic pneumonia. We

know that the illness, whatever it is, does not appear to be A/H1N1. We do not

know if the disease is a recombination of A/H1N1 with other viruses or some

totally different virus or if it is in fact a virus. We know that the World

Health Organization (WHO) has had several days to sequence the genes of the

disease but has failed to release this data.

We know that WHO has NOT called for the quarantining of the Ukraine or the

shutdown of all global travel to/from the area of infection and that this is the

same thing that they did when Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1) first broke out and

that the failure to contain that virus early on ensured its spread throughout

the world.

We know that the internal temperature of the lungs of those with a terminal case

of what many are calling 'Ukrainian Plague' is often from 130F to 135F. We do

know that autopsies show that the lungs are filled with blood, and are black in

color, and that the lung tissue has turned to mush. We know that patients who

first show any signs of illness usually crash in less than 48 hours, sometimes

the same day.

We know that the disease was spreading by about 200,000 per day but that this

has slowed to about 100,000 day now, in the Ukraine, as people take

extraordinary steps to contain the spread of the disease. We know that well over

one and a third million people in the Ukraine are very ill with the disease

(according to published official sources) and that over 60,000 are hospitalized

in serious to critical condition. We know that the disease has a very high

transmission rate with a likely low amount of viral (if it is in fact a virus)

material needed to cause an infection. We know that the official reports of

deaths are under 300 in the Ukraine. We also know that it is normal for hospital

admissions of people with ARI (acute respiratory infection) to have a fatality

rate of from 5% to 10%. We know that non-official sources were reporting over

3,000 deaths several days ago and that this number is more in tune with the

5-10% fatality rate than the official figures.

We do not know what effective treatments are for this illness. We do know that

young adults seem to be more in danger of this illness. We suspect that

'cytokine storming' similar to that in the 1918 Spanish Flu, that killed

approximately 50 million people, is taking place.

We know from official Ukrainian Health Ministry reports that the illness does

not test out as Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1). We do not know if the existing Swine

Flu vaccine has any effect, but based on the non-positive response to Swine Flu

in testing, we suspect that the vaccine is ineffective as the viral protean

shell is different than A/H1N1 (if in fact it is a virus that causes the

illness).

We know that the illness has spread to Poland, where over one quarter of a

million people are now very ill. We know that it has spread to Belarus and to

Hungary and elsewhere in central Europe. We know that 900,000 people are said to

have Swine Flu in Norway but we do not know if this is related to Ukraine Plague

in any way.

We know that on November 8th a South African site (fto.co.za) carried the

following:

" Suspicious aircraft were forced to land. A US operated (Russian-made long-range

heavy transport) AN-124 changed its call sign from civilian to military which

then triggered a response from the IAF (Indian Air Force) upon entering

Pakistani air space (forcing) the plane to land in Mumbai while (a) second one

was forced down by Nigerian fighter jets that also arrested the crew. "

" According to reports, China's People's Liberation Army Air Force contacted the

Indian and Nigerian intelligence officials about the presence of these US

operated Ukrainian aircraft amidst growing concern that the United States was

spreading 'biological agents' in the Earth's atmosphere, which some Chinese

officials believed to be an attempt to (commit) mass genocide via the spread of

H1N1 swine flu. "

These aircraft " were carrying 'waste disposal' systems that could spray up to

45,000kg (nearly 100,000 pounds) of aerial type mist from sophisticated....nano

pipes " in the planes' wings - called chemtrails.

We know that Baxter International Pharmaceuticals sent 72 kilos of human

influenza H3N2 vaccine materials to 16 labs in European nations which contained

live H5N1 Bird Flu viruses. We know that this was only discovered when a Czech

lab tested the material on several ferrets (ferrets have a similar respiratory

system to humans) and all of the ferrets died in short order. We know that

Baxter claimed that this was human error. We also know that such a 'human error'

is basically impossible with the containment protocols in place at Baxter and

any other modern biolabs using Biosafety Level 3 (BLS-3) lab technology.

We know that in mid-August a ph Moshe, who is a Mossad biological warfare

expert, called in to Dr. A. True Ott's national radio talk show and reported

that Baxter was getting ready to release a deadly plague from its Ukrainian lab

and that he was shortly meeting with US Attorneys in Los Angles to give evidence

about this. We know that shortly thereafter Moshe was apprehended by Federal

agents and LA police and taken to the Israeli Consulate. We know that he was

quickly flown to Israel and that no further word has come from him.

We know that over the last three or so years a large number of biological

experts, from a number of places all over the world, have died strange deaths

and that this has been commented on by various publications in the past.

We know that the sudden appearance of Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1) virtually had

to have been a release from a biological warfare lab. We know that A/H1N1 has

gene sequences from three different types (American, Asian, and African) of

Swine Flu, of Bird Flu, of two different types of human seasonal flu, and of

Spanish Flu and that such a recombination is so unlikely in nature as to be

virtually impossible. We know that the WHO policies of not requiring a major

quarantine of Mexico ensured that A/H1N1 would spread throughout the world.

We know that the current Swine Flu " Vaccine " is almost totally untested, and

that the manufactures are protected from lawsuits for even deliberate acts that

result in deaths and that nations acquiring the vaccines are required to sign

contracts agreeing not to release negative information on the " vaccine " to the

public. We know that published additives to the " vaccine " include highly

dangerous-to-human-health substances.

We know that the corporate owned mainstream news media (with strong links to

global banking families) have censored this story in a way that has never happen

before. We know that the outbreak of a unknown but deadly and very rapidly

spreading disease in Europe is the largest story on Earth but that it is NOT
