Guest guest Posted September 11, 2008 Report Share Posted September 11, 2008 On the website it says 400 mgs calcium is in 1/2 tsp ground eggshell-so wouldn't 1/2tsp and 1/4 tsp equal the recommend 600 mgs calcium a day?
