of magnesium per cap, which is twice as much as the prior brand I was

using. I notice that my urine is very cloudy, like it was when I was

trying the NOW powdered magnesium citrate (which I did not like). For

sure it is the magnesium doing it as if I skip the one morning capsule

it is clearer, then clouds up again after the evening capsule.

Does anyone know if this means the amount is too much for me to absorb

and I should cut back? I saw somewhere that it can be a load on the

kidneys to overdo kidney processed supplements.

==>Hi . Can you provide references on the kidneys processing

supplements, and which ones? I'm not familiar with that.

Do you have urinary tract, kidney or bladder dysfunction? If you do,

you should try splitting up the dose more throughout the day.

Otherwise I wouldn't be concerned.

Bee... No I do not have any UTI or kidney/bladder problems as far as I

know. Certainly all the tests I have done have showed excellent results

for all the various organs, but then something is up or I would not be

sick!

Regarding the kidneys processing supplements. I'm sorry I cannot see

where I saw that but think it was in reference to excess supplements

that are not needed by the body then have to processed and excreted via

the bile, urine, etc. so can load up the liver and kidneys with extra

work to do. I think it was in the files I was reading on the Curezone

site before I found yours. There was stuff on using supplements in very

small amounts all through the day based on work with autistic kids I

think.

I guess it is too vauge to put much into at this point, but it did make

some sense to me as it is obvious that excess B vitamins come out in

the yellow urine colour, etc.

This reminds me that I had that weird smelling, cloudy urine from the

coconut milk, so maybe I do have some issue going on. Will cut back a

bit and taper up to see what gives.

Thanks much... Best, M.

Sorry...Correction on the last sentence of last post.

My urine was NOT cloudy when I got that weird smelling urine from the

coconut milk in early Feb. (when was still figuring out the Diet). It

was clear.

So much for memory, and the usefulness of the search feature!

Ta, M.
