I cant point any fingers.

I just thought some of the info in the link I sent you was interesting.

I wish I had the gumption to really get my life in order.

Hey, I thought I might mention that I dont smoke 'ready-rolls'.

I buy tobacco by the bulk, and roll my own for about 30+ years now.

Its bunches cheaper, and doesnt contain most of the 800 chemicals found in packaged cigarettes.

I buy it by the pound.

Yeah We used to roll ur own. But with two smoking two a day, it got to be a drag ( for me LoL ). Heartburn is gone. I think I missed morning dose of stomach pills . Never have the energy to fill the daily dosing tray. Try to keep a routine- every body knows dont touch / rearrange ge my pill bottles. In general, i was very miserable last night. Pain mostly back, on a scale 1-10, a good strong 8. Nerves in body kept miss - firing. Nauseated . Then tripstTo bathroom( Tums will do that if you take too many )And I am too weak to get up from toilet. Need soft foods, too weak to chew. Oh Trudy.  I feel so bad for you.  This treatment is definitely taking you for a ride.  It does mean that it's working though.  You are so close to the end...  less than 10 shots if you continue all the way thru?  Single digit count down?  Now is the time when you stop counting as how many you've done and start counting as how many are left!  Just changing that number and counting backwards does something for your mental state all by itself.  I just hate it that you can't catch a break any which way during this treatment...

The singles are speading, the rash has also spread. I did find a OC drug for the reflux. I get a big air bubble( didn't know it )and then food or water hasno where to go. I take one Physime( sp) before evening meal . It says after, but that would be too late.. Gotta do before. Didn't realize I neede to belch! Belching like a sailor!! Think I may have missed morning RIBA yesterday, again today. I remember getting other pills rounded up...Crap! Quess I'll use pill boxes for just the RIBA. Yeah, I asked Hubby last night isn't there a limit to how bad a person can feel? Isn't there a limit to how many sides?How much weaker can I get & still be conciuos ? I had to get Hubby to help me off toilet...twice!
