the yeast tentacles came out whole

I took olive leaf extract at high doses for a few weeks or months, and the

tentacles were passed whole. I didnt know what all these things were at the time

- I read about them later. They are brown/black, about 1/8 inch wide and were as

long as 9inches. At least I'm assuming that's what they were.

going into the form that eats protien. It does make for improvement

and I decided to start taking it again tonight. Now I warn you that

Mycostat already has biotin in the formulae so you may want to reduce

the biotin so that you are taking a total of 1,000 mgs. nightly. I

would not take both at the same time. I would take one of them for

three months and then switch to the other one for three more months.

In ordinary cases that will kill it and you can still drink carrot juice

and eat a few low sugar apples (granny smith & fugi seem low) for fibre.

The Hulda zapper works as well and is just over $100. for the

little hand held type.

Everything else seems to just work " a little bit " with no lasting

results. There is something called citricidin (I think that is how it

spelled?) that is supposed to be good but I never tried it because I

could not get it without a health care workers order. I can't get them

to do anything for me like that.

Diflucan and nystatin just gave my candida the giggles. It sort of

laid on its back in hysterics and said " you are giving me WHAT~~LOL

LOL " .

IF you combine the zapper and alternate the two products above I

guarentee you it won't be laughing!!!
