Hi All!

I just finished reading the BED book last night and am getting ready

to start the diet. I have already started incorporating organic

quinoa, and have the millet cereal and dandelion tea. The most

challenging for me I think will be the cultured veggies.

I am going to target this week to get a seal-able glass container. I

am going to order the culture starter from the BED website...

Does anyone else have any other recommendations before embarking on

this journey?
