Call me nosey, call me snoopy, just don't call me late for lunch. Ho ho. I

started counting earlier today (after a Doctor's appointment, of course) and

realized that I have been " diagnosed " as HCV positive since 1990, which is 20

" known " years. Back then they called it Non-A/Non-B Hepatitis because they

didn't know what they were dealing with. Doing a bit of sleuthing and reading

my copy of my medical records from the Air Force, I figured out that the only

time I could have contracted our little friend, is in 1984 during emergency

surgery. So that adds up to 26 years. Oh, for all you military types (like me)

anyone who was in ANY branch of the military (and yes, that does include the

Coast Guard, God protect the Coasties) prior to 1993, retired and active, 1 in 5

has HCV...sounds like about 20% to me.

And yet Uncle keeps saying that they are not responsible...mmm, does that fit

along with Agent Orange and Gulf War Syndrome, or am I just a crazy conspiracy

theorist. Hell, no. All military members are fair game for any experimentation

that Uncle's white coats care to perform. Just ask the families of the

decendants of the Tuskegee syphilis experiment, or the guys still flashing back

on LSD, let's not forget the mustard gas tests from 42-45 (on OUR military men),

just bounce over to www.abovetopsecret.com put medical experimentation in the

search and read for the next 20 years or so. Some of it is hype, but some I

personally have done the research on and know to be true.

Time for an attitude check. Yeah, still got my own, don't need yours.
