Has anyone seen psoriasis releif from Xolair?

My PCP has suggested Xolair to control my asthma symptoms, and I was

wondering if anyone has seen any psoriasis releif from the drug as

well. Since Xolair is anti-IgE, and elevated IgE levels are present in

most psoriasis sufferers, I was hoping I might be killing two (or more)

birds with one stone. Thanks!
