Guest guest
You know while reading your post . I can say yes I did not have it as bad as some but I just realized how much better it is, HMM another great benefit of teh xolair. My PCP has suggested Xolair to control my asthma symptoms, and I was wondering if anyone has seen any psoriasis releif from the drug as well. Since Xolair is anti-IgE, and elevated IgE levels are present in most psoriasis sufferers, I was hoping I might be killing two (or more) birds with one stone. Thanks! Guest guest
hi eric, i don't have psoriasis, but i do have eczema, essentially since birth. at times, it would spin wildly out of control at the mention of an upcoming storm, change of seasons or if i ate somethign that was NEXT TO something else. since starting xolair, my eczema has calmed down a bit..what i now consider a flare is really the equivilient of my skin being under its ultimate control five years ago. its funny how perspective changes. my eczema hasn't dissappeared, but its definately better and more tolerant of things like weather changes and pollen counts. i don't know if its the xolair, or if it was just my time to begin to " outgrow " it (i'm 31) good luck heather <olsonea@...> wrote: My PCP has suggested Xolair to control my asthma symptoms, and I was wondering if anyone has seen any psoriasis releif from the drug as well.
