Hello, I am a member of Raw Dairy as well as this board. I don't put

much personal information on the boards, just post whenever a

topic comes up. I like chatting about the latest political scheme.

Mostly I joined because I have extra kombucha cultures and I would

like to give them away.

I also post on Mothering's discussion forum. I just can't pull myself

away from it.

I have about ten scoby packages. They have been refrigerated since

December 20. For a gallon of beverage, I have heard anywhere from 1/2

cup to 2 cups sugar. Would like a definite best dose.
