I am not able to purchase dried anchovies where I live. Does anyone

purchase theirs over the internet? If so, could you please send me

the link to the site you buy them from? I have done a search and

come up with a few stores but thought someone out there might have a

good source.

Thanks,

Teoma

Thanks Beau! I ordered some from the site you posted. Looking

forward to frying them in VCO and using them in kimchi.

dried anchovies and korean red pepper powder from this site.

Another kind list member shared it with one of these groups.

Darrell,

I emailed the company asking them about the difference b/t the two.

They said the soup stock anchovies are a bit larger than the pan

frying anchovies. Other than that there was not much of a

difference. Hope this helps.

Teoma,

Thanks for checking on that. You get a Saffron Star!

Looking back at the picures of the two products, the

soup anchovies do look a little bigger if I squint.
