Hi,

I'm a new member who is very interested in fermented foods. Glad I

found your group. I thought I would share a website about Kimchi

with those of you who are interested. It's probably the most

extensive website on Kimchi I've ever found. It includes the history

of Kimchi, mouth-watering Kimchi recipes from various regions of

Korea, and probably more than you ever realized about this lowly

fermented dish.
