does anyone get MORE than 375 mg??

i've been taking xolair for two and a half years now, 375 mg every 2 weeks (the

max dose). despite the time i've been on it, i still have significant returning

symptoms at about day 10 or 11 after my xolair.

my dr today agreed that i probably just need a little more xolair in me, but

she refuses to try raising my dose to 450mg ( we throw out 75 mg of xolair every

two weeks).

if you take 450 (or more) how'd you get your dr to try it?? did you have to

contact novartis or anyone?

for now, my new plan is to start taking 4 puffs of flovent220 a day when i'm

10 days post xolair until 2-3 days after my xolair. i already take advair 500 in

addition to a bunch of other meds.

any ideas?? xolair has helped so much, but these highs and lows are really

aggrevating.
