COPD support group

By the way--for those of you who do not go to a support group, (which

I had never done for my asthma) it is beneficial. I go to the support

group where I took pulmonary rehab. The American Lung Association has

some support groups, too, and I know there is a group for asthmatics

here in my town and also a group for asthmatic children and their

parents. Of course, this group has already helped me put my own

problem in a little bit better perspective as I went back and read all

of the postings since the group began.
