I got an epidural steroid injection in my neck between C-6 & C-6 today.

I hope this cures the rupture!!!

The doctor said it contained Lidocaine plus 80mg of Depo-Medrol;

another form of our favorite evil candy....PREDNISONE!

Since the shot was localised to a pin point in my neck, the side

effects should not not be as bad as taking regular Pred orally.

I have Xanax to calm me down if I get hyper and Glyburide for my blood

sugar if it gets above normal.
