Guest guest
Hi Doug I really hope that because it was not a systematic steriod, that you do not suffer the hyperness from this shot! I remember having cortisone (not sure what type) shot into my shoulder a couple of times (about 5 years ago) due to a break of my humerus....the shot didn't feel very good, but I did no side effects from the steriods. Good luck! Pamela
Guest guest
Doug - hang in there. My husband has gotten that type of shot a couple of times - when his rotator cuff was torn - and tolerated it fairly well. Let us know how you're doing. Thanks Addy, I got that injecton at 11 AM yesterday. With all the Depo-Medrol it had in it, why is my asthma worse today??? I have had to neb twice in a 4 hour period. It sure did make my blood sugar zoomed up real fast. I Got it down to 85 with 2.5 mg. of Glyburide. No exercise today Just bed rest. I hate that! I am an active person.
