In the summer is when it has been so bad that I have had to have a hospital ER overnight visit with a Soluamedrol drip in one arm. This year? Typical summer here in NW ARkansas again. It is about 100 degrees every day. Thisyear, I have NOT had to use any evil candy OR visit the hospital (except as a minister doing my visitation rounds) (wink!) Of course, I still use Advair 2 times a day and neb with Xopenex and Atrovent at least once; usually in the mornings. Lately, I neb in the morning and forget to use my neb or Advair again the rest of the day. Yes, I would say that these 3 years of Xolair have been just what this asthmatic needed For the new members who are just starting Xolair, hang in there. Yes, relief is on the way.
