Hi ,

Nice to hear from you! I agree re: being scared out of

my mind coming off pred. I am on 8mg now and we

predict I will cut 1 mg a month...otherwise I hurt ALL

over, I am a crying mess and sob. I also was nauseous

for a month the first time I tapered off like 3 years

ago.

My only advice is to go as slow as you can. Makes it

more bearable.
