The neurosurgeon has prescribed a NON steroid injection into the

herniated disk in my neck INSTEAD of putting me on that very strong

Evil Candy called Decadron. This along with 4 weeks of intensive

Physical Therapy should hopefully heal up that disk WITHOUT any surgery :)
