It was as if I noticed something right then and there....but I guess it was all trough the excitement. I guess it will take some time before I can truly benefit from it. Keep a symptom diary and it may show you soonr than you notice that you are gradually getting better. Life partners and children usually notice that the coughing, snorting, wheezing is abating. A friend will notice that you aren't as short of breath on the phone or while walking the mall or playing golf as usual.
