Good luck I have had one done in October and that is when they discovered the herination in the right side of the neck after an MRI was done following this. I don't like those test either and they are very uncomfortable. I am just wondering if waiting will do more harm. I maybe able to get a different doctor sooner though. I guess knowing what is wrong can help them help me more? I don't know right now just April 12th is so far away for me and I am in so much pain right now and this is three weeks after the accident. I don't know if it will keep getting worse as it has or will a miracle happen for me. I am just scared right now. Especially, since I was told not to do anything just go home and lay down. Maybe you should consider asking your general physician about this on Friday? , I will see my chiropractor in an hour maybe he will even I don't know. The MRI definitely will tell them a lot more than x rays. Joy

While the shocks were uncomfortable, they weren't painful, and my arms did not hurt after the test. Every person has a different reaction and pain threshold to different procedures. i am sorry that yours was quite painful from the sounds of your email...but just trying to show that sometimes it isn't that bad either.
