The website is www.CompassionInAction.org based out of San Dimas, California. Check it out and send Barbara Case an email ASAP. She's a neat ol' gal and knows her stuff regarding this process. To date, she has not lost a claim. Distance doesn't seem to get in her way and can work the whole US.
