Dearest Bee, I almost emailed you privately about this, but then

thought there might be other women in the group who could relate.

Therefore, I'll tell my embarrassing story to the group: well, I was

going along with your GREAT plan for 15 days and suddenly today (on

day one of my period...NOT a coincidence!) I was overwhelmed with

cravings. My appetite always increases during my period, but I never

realized how much my willpower suffers too. I feel terrible

disappoinment with myself because I went from 15 days of success

to " falling off the wagon " in a big way. :( I ate homemade hummus,

flax crackers, hemp seeds, tater tots, vegan gluten-free cookies,

and " Rice Dream " rice ice cream with chocolate chips...i told you it

was a doozy, and I am embarrassed to tell you all about it. I have

given up caffeine successfully for more than three weeks, and the

chocolate was the first tiny bit of caffeine I've had. I feel so sad

that I " blew it " and want to know how to get back on track quickly.

What do you recommend for hormonal fluctuations? More copper? Staying

in bed and pulling the covers over my head? (Joking!!!) I have been

taking copper and chromium and l-glutamine to quell sugar cravings.

Also, I saw my ear doctor today who found a fungal infection in my

ear---white and fuzzy-looking. I also hear popping, liquidy sounds in

my ear. Last time she cultured it, and it was YEAST! I even

considered taking her advice today and going Diflucan for 3 days,

then decided against it because I hate medications. I plan to get

right back with your program tomorrow, but I don't want this to

happen everytime I get my period. HELP, please!!! Thanks sooooooooo

much....Jill in FL
