bleach and water and also around the faucets. the house smells very

clean. that is the good news. i have open house for my girls

shoulders and neck. why can't i have just a full good day. i took

a 3 hour nap but still feel ill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are

supposed to go to supper after open house and i don't even think i

will be able to enjoy it!!!!!!!! wah wah wah i guess i shouldn't

complain i am sure others are worse off than myself, i just get so

frustrated about feeling ill so often.( cry cry cry).

hope the rest of you are doing well thanks for letting me fuss.

Hi Sue,

I don't know if I count since they haven't given me a dx yet other than non discript hepatitis. My abdomen, my ankles and my left hand swells usually when my enzymes are up or I am exhausted. When it happens I stop the salt, eat smaller meals and drink lots of purified water, rest and stay cool. I have had to go on diuretics before. If I am careful I usually can manage it. It is important to tell your doc! retaining fluid isn't part of the normal scheme and can mean more than one thing. Have it checked.

Tomato soup is one of the worst things - I had the same experience a while

ago. Sorry to hear about all your stress, and hope it calms down soon.

(Melbourne-Aus)

Yuck

250 am. I am regurgitating tomato soup from supper and having spasms. Happy

vday to me. Am hoping seeing my lawyer tomorrow will help reduce some of my

stress. I am regurging and spasming daily these days. Stress is def a

trigger. Divorce is less stress right now than being back home.

:(

Back to bed. Zzzzzz

It probably wouldn't have been so bad if it actually went down into my stomach.

Re: Yuck

Actually, lol!, tomatoes are on the list of foods that *should* help because

they are acid. Acid foods are on the list of foods that GERD patients should

avoid because they RELAX the LES. . . . Others are alcohol, coffee, tea,

peppermint, chocolate, onions, fats (butter!) . . . . However, some GIs seem

confused, and have recommended that Achalasia patients also abstain. . . .

However, we really all differ tremendously from each other, so. . . .
