Sodium Bicarbonate Program - Cravings & Appetite

While I've been on the sodium bicarbonate program, my cravings have

been off the CHARTS, as well as my appetite - stronger than ever.

Bee, I know you only recommend no more than three meals a day, but I'm

just finding that I can't seem to shut my appetite up, even with my

normal very high fat, animal product diet.

I'm thinking of preparing larger meals. I think that the HCl is

helping me digest a little bit better now that I've been on it for

some time and I can probably accommodate larger meals. Even just after

eating I'm feeling empty. Plus, I'm still so lean and lanky - I really

look forward to the day I might be able to put on some muscle weight,

but I realize that that is long down the road.

I have a feeling the bicarb. is also creating a lot of die-off, which

is notorious for bad food cravings. Plus, the headaches still remain

from the bicarb. treatment. Dare I say that I've been really craving

cookies, peanut butter, and baked goods like muffins and stuff - heh,

go figure, all garbage food that is LOADED with mycotoxins (esp. the

PB & flour)! Gotta say no to the CANDIDA! IT'S WHAT THEY WANT <long

exhale>.

OK, so I'll give that a try... larger meals, especially my upcoming

dinner <grrrowl - HUNGRY!>... lots of BUTTER, eggs, CLO, the WORKS.

Also will give some relaxation breathing & other techniques a go to

help resist.

Wish me luck, ya'll! Best wishes,

:)
