potassium part II

I just read in another email that on this diet we are getting plenty of

potassium. Where are we getting potassium? I am so confused, and all I want to

do is sleep. Just wondering, Cary

All meats, poultry and fish are high in potassium along with spinach

and tomatoes. Moderatly high are asparagus, broccoli, loose-leaf

lettuce and onions.
