Guest guest
Hi Theresa, I've had good luck using Quercetin (even without Bromelain), even before I started doing 'The Bee Program ;-) " My sinuses used to be horrible, rarely do I ever have a problem since joining this group 3 years ago. Quercetin is good but the whole program is the real cure. It says it restores scared tissue in your lungs and eliminates almost all alergies and after taking it for a little while most people can come off of it and only have to take it when they might get a flare up or stay on a very low maintance dose. Has anyone tried this? This is a bioflavanoid product. I would love to hear from others on if they have used this and has it worked for them and if so how? Guest guest
Years ago I tried quertecin and bromelian, along with goldenseal, for sinusitis/nasal problems and prostatitis. I used them together for a month or so and quit. I was only treating symptoms and it was obvious I was not going to be cured by them. Goldenseal, at therapeutic dosages, caused me side-effects: dried mucus membranes (mouth, nose, eyes); greatly increased tinnitis; lingering aftertaste. I used quertecin and bromelain because they are said to enhance the antibiotic properties of some herbs. The anti-candida diet did a better job at controlling my symptoms. Some research shows that asthma is fungus related.
