There is an exercise where you lie on your stomach and hold your hands up and out..the feet too. Then you rock gently forward and backward. Hi, This is similar to a yoga pose. If you want, you can let your breath inhalations and exhalations rock you back and forth - if you breath deeply it might surprise you how much you rock. The mention of massage reminded me of something! My husband is a licensed massage therapist, in his spare time. He taught me how to massage his belly for relief of constipation. It is very important to move only in CLOCKWISE circles, not the other direction. Imagine if you drew a clock on your belly; rub in gentle clockwise circles. My husband says going the other direction will cause problems, as does going too fast or too hard. Just be gentle. About 10 minutes or so should help. Hope this helps.
